AFTER A DECADE AS A FINE DINING CHEF, I CREATED 3D CAKES IN 2009 AS A HOBBY TO OCCUPY MYSELF AFTER THE BIRTH OF MY SON. 2010 I DECIDED TO MAKE IT A FORMAL BUSINESS. I HAVE A HIGH WORK ETHIC AND AS A RESULT USE CALLEBAUT CHOCOLATE IN ALMOST ALL CAKES MADE. FROM 2014, I WILL ENDEVOUR TO USE FREE RANGE EGGS PREFERABLY LOCALLY SOURCED.

TO DATE I HAVE MADE MORE BIRTHDAY, WEDDING AND SPECIAL OCCASION CAKES THAN I CAN COUNT. I HAVE MANY ROLES WITHIN THIS BUSINESS INCLUDING RECEPTIONIST, BOOKKEEPER, BAKER, DESIGNER, ARTIST, DELIVERY DRIVER, P.R. MANAGER, WEB SITE CREATOR AND DESIGNER, RESEARCHER, MENTOR, BUYER AND TEACHER.

AS A RESULT, I ONLY COMMIT TO A SMALL NUMBER OF BOOKINGS PER WEEK, SO I CAN CREATE A WORK OF ART FOR EACH CLIENT. PLEASE BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT. FROM 2014 I WILL BE IMPOSING SOME LIMITATIONS TO ORDERS TO I CAN CONTINUE TO PRODUCE TOTALLY AWESOME CAKES.
